Shipping Policy

For customers in the US Mainland, shipping is free. However, for Hawaii, Alaska, and other countries, we require a deposit of $299. Once you authorize the deposit, we will get in touch with the shipping company to determine the exact shipping price. We will then inform you of the final amount and ask for your approval before using the $299 towards the actual shipping cost.

If the shipping cost is less than $299, we will refund you the difference. If it is more, we will charge you for the balance. We never ship any product without your approval of the final shipping cost.

In the event that you don not approve of the shipping cost, we will refund you the full amount you paid. Please note that during the time we communicate with you about shipping pricing, we will hold the product for you, unless it is damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

Please note that refunds may take anywhere between 10 to 60 days to show up on your statement. This is because the exact processing time depends on your financial institution and the payment method used.
